Warranty are subject to 360Sports approval to exchange, return, repair and can be rejected if the product does not meet our return quality standards such as:
- Willful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, lack of proper maintenance, accident, negligence by you or by any third party.
- Failure to install, operate or use the products.
- Any alteration or repair by you or a third party who is not one of 360Sports authorized repairers.
- Fair wear and tear.

Exclusive for 360Sports Members, we offer a 7-days free return policy, this allows customers to easily initiate returns with just one click on our website.
Customers must present their 360Sports unboxing video with receipt and/or membership for all items that will be returned. For items without proof of purchase, the team will assess the return request. Returns are given free for products with the following issues:
- Damaged Item
- Defective Item
- Wrong Item Delivered
- Wrong Parcel Delivered
Please take note that returns tagged with the reason of “change of mind”, costs for pick-up will be shouldered by the customer. Additionally, the following items will not be considered for returns:
Used underwear, face masks, food and other hygiene concerning products. Consumables, Diaper Food, Bars, Yoga Sprays, Deodorant Sprays, Waterproof Sprays, Anti-Fog Sticks, Shower Gels, Recovery Gels, Sunblock, Treadmill Lubricant, Lubricants (Degreaser), Blister Tapes, Warmers, Batteries, Refresher Balls, Grips, Strings (Rackets,) personalized or customized products.
Return policy for Non-360Sports Members:For non-360Sports members, you may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that you show proof of purchase and items are unused, clean and in their original packaging.
