Pick up Schedule and Process
1. Before releasing any order, our team ensures that all items are carefully checked and securely packaged.
2. Customers will receive a Pick-up Confirmation Message from our Customer Support Team via email or SMS once the order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the pick-up location. Orders cannot be released without confirmation.
Pick-up Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Closed on weekends and holidays
3. Upon arrival, the authorized person must register by completing the Visitor’s Log Sheet at the pick-up area.
4. Proper health and safety protocols must be observed at all times while inside the fulfillment hub.
5. To claim the order, the authorized person must provide the Order Number and Customer Name to the dispatch team. These details are required to ensure accurate and secure release of orders.
* The team will not be liable for any damage to the order incurred during transit with the 3rd party courier.
