Need a different size or item?

We accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Items must be:

  • In unused condition
  • In original packaging with tags, manuals and accessories intact
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

 

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange Used and improper handling

We cannot process exchange for


  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Use and improper handling that causes damage to the items
  • Safety Gear (e.g., mouth guards)

 

Note:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs  unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
  • Exchange processed only after we receive the returned items in acceptable conditions.

At 360 Sports, we want you to have complete confidence when purchasing your sporting goods from us. If something isn’t right with your order, we're here to make it right.

 

Eligibility for Return

  • Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In unused and original condition
    • In original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories intact
    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

Request return can be rejected if the product does not meet our return quality standards such as: 
  • Failure to install, operate or use the product.
  • Willful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions.
  • Lack of proper maintenance. Accident negligence by you or by any third party.
  • Fair wear and tear.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized or personalized gear
  • Safety equipment (e.g., mouth guards) due to hygiene reasons

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will send return instructions. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days.
  4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
