Need a different size or
item?
We accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be:
- In unused condition
- In original packaging with tags, manuals and accessories intact
- Accompanied with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
Items NOT Eligible for
Exchange Used and improper handling
We cannot process exchange for
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Use and improper handling that causes damage to the items
- Safety Gear (e.g., mouth guards)
Note:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
- Exchange processed only after we receive the returned items in acceptable conditions.

Eligibility for Return
- Items
can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned
items must be:
- In
unused and original condition
- In
original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories intact
- Accompanied
by a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
Request return can be rejected if the product does not meet our return quality standards such as:
- Failure to install, operate or use the product.
- Willful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions.
- Lack of proper maintenance. Accident negligence by you or by any third party.
- Fair wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items
marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Customized or personalized gear
- Safety
equipment (e.g., mouth guards) due to hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Contact
Us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide
your order number, item details, and the reason for return.
- Once
approved, we will send return instructions. The item must be shipped back
to us within 5 business days.
- Customers
are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective
or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
